Neighbors bonding/fundraiser

On December 29, 2008 Dominion purchased the Marker Road property! Previously Dominion stated that they responded to the issues raised at the February scoping meeting and during the FERC comment period for the proposed Middletown site... seems like there are no problems that DTI can't overcome. This forum was created so that DTI's responses can be discussed.

Neighbors bonding/fundraiser

Hi all- Supporters of CPMV have started calling each and every one of our neighbors who have shown interest in the gas compressor issue. We are contacting all of the folks on our call list to encourage them to attend our fundraiser this fall/2010, to be held at the Home at Braddock Inn restaurant.

For the very reasonable cost of $20 per person , you can enjoy a yummy array of finger foods and have fun getting to know your neighbors :D . Neighborhood gatherings are not always so easy to do in rural areas (as DTI well knows), but we are finding our friends and neighbors here in the Valley are glad :) to support our efforts, and are looking forward to attending.

So far, we have had very positive feedback. This is a great opportunity to catch up on what we have accomplished in the last two years (a lot!) and discuss future activities. Please check the home page of the website for information on the fundraiser, and please, even if you cannot attend, support the costs of maintaining this website by making a donation!

This really is a wonderful opportunity for you to meet others residing in the area and to support a very worthwhile cause. The calls being made have brought to light just how much is (or is not) known about this potential threat to the serenity and safety of the valley. Come and learn what the CPMV is doing to raise awareness.
