Recently I received via my email subscription, an interesting article concerning a "Bullying mob" packing a Fairfax County Planning Commission meeting in order to get moving on a Saudi Academy's expansion plan. For those here in M.V. interested, the website is Daniel Pipes' blog 2009/03. Entitled saudi-strong-arm-tactics. It should be easy to find via Daniel Pipes DOT org, and I won't type the exact address here.
This was a "nose under the tent" problem (notice I didn't say "issue") last fall/winter in Walkersville, and I urge readers here not to belittle their efforts at using our own democratic proceedures against our better interests. They're sophisticated.
